Soft Reset MOTOROLA Moto G4 Plus XT1644

1. Firstly, press and hold the Power button. 
2. Next, from the options which should appear on the screen choose Power Off and then tap OK. 
3. Wait a couple of seconds.
4. Afterwards hold down the Power key again to turn the phone back on.
